Alderman’s Toyota is planning a 30,000-square-foot expansion at its dealership on Route 7 South in Rutland Town. The expansion includes an 11,571-square-foot addition to the existing building, an 8,160-square-foot car wash and a 10,240-square-foot used car dealership. Owner Phil Alderman said the project would take place over several years starting with an expansion to the service department. Alderman said he needs more space for his service department because he’s selling 1,000 Toyotas a year.
