Tuesday, October 16, 2007 Warrnambool Nissan and Premier Speedway Strike a Deal by David Mills ALLANSFORD, Australia — Clinton Baulch’s Warrnambool Nissan and Premier Speedway have joined forces to provide Australia’s most famous quarter mile with a stunning looking, brand spanking new promotional vehicle.

Warrnambool Nissan, with the support of Nissan Australia, have provided Club General Manager with the keys to a magnificent Nissan Maxima, which now proudly adorns the major sponsors logos and some very impressive Warrnambool Nissan signage. Premier Speedway General Manager David Mills was delighted to take delivery of the vehicle on Monday, once Autografix of Warrnambool had added the final touches to the racy looking machine.

“Warrnambool Nissan through the Gleeson family have been long time supporters of Premier Speedway and Sungold Stadium and now Clinton Baulch has taken that support to a whole new level”, Mills said. The vehicle will be used by the Premier Speedway Club as a major part of its season long promotions, while Warrnambool Nissan will supply additional vehicles for use as pace cars throughout the season. “Clinton Baulch has to be congratulated.

This deal is the direct result of a lot of hard work from Clinton and his team and he has basically taken an off the cut suggestion and run with it, with the result being a fantastic looking vehicle”, Mills added. Clinton Baulch was also excited to be a part of the deal, stating that is was too good an opportunity to pass up, especially with the added support of Nissan Australia. “We are proud to be associated with Premier Speedway and this new promotional vehicle is the perfect fit for us.
