Putting microscope on used car dealer

Q.On July 12, my mother mistakenly got off at the wrong bus stop, near Jean’s Used Car Dealer on 7777 NW Seventh Ave., Miami. Unable to walk long distances without assistance, she went into the dealership, where she was persuaded to buy a car! She was sold a 1995 Toyota Corolla in questionable condition for $3,000 and charged a $489 dealer’s fee and $250.50 to transfer the title. She never test-drove the car; after she paid for it, a dealership employee drove her home and left the vehicle there.

My mother doesn’t want this car; she’s no longer competent to drive safely. In October, someone from Jean’s arrived. She thought he was there to take the car back, but, instead, he had her sign an ”Application for Vehicle/Vessel Certificate of Title” and placed a tag in the back window of the vehicle.
