Car dealership manager accused of theft

Payment for the vehicles was made in three different ways, police said. According to court papers, Reccelle wrote checks to Hamilton, making them out to “cash” and also to John Huber. The checks made out to “cash” were endorsed by Reccelle and the cash was then given to Huber, police said. Reccelle told police all funds for the sale of the 173 vehicles were turned over to Huber.
